About Paul Bird
Over the last 30 years, I’ve had the privilege of working in private and social sectors in Europe, Africa, Asia and Australia, developing PurposeFull business and not-profit organisations where purpose drives social and environmental impact together with growth, performance and profitability, through an aligned and engaged staff, customer and client loyalty, product and service development, committed suppliers and multi-sector partnerships.

As well as heading up KPMG in West Africa and The Body Shop in Australia, I’ve worked with Australian companies, including Intrepid Travel, Jetstar, Spotlight, ANZ, Accor and Telstra, to partner with the not-for-profit sector to develop and embed their social and environmental initiatives and create genuine and lasting impact in international development, Indigenous employment, women’s enterprises, youth, financial literacy, hospitality, mental heath and workforce development.
PurposeFull acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia. We recognise the continuing connection that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People have to their lands and waters, and we pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging. We would also like to specifically pay our respects to the Wurundjeri People of the Kulin Nation, as the Traditional Custodians of the lands on which our office is located.
